Construction Building Specialists Site Supervisor & Management Be able to read detailed drawings Perfection driven with a keen eye and extremely high standards Calculate material quantities Reporting to Contract Manager Planning ahead and keeping to the construction deadlines Must be hands-on and resourceful Take ownership of project and control the everyday running of construction site Stock control, ordering and usage of material Setting out, checking levels and square Good interpersonal skills. Daily liaising with the client. Manage Sub-Contractors and their schedules Measure up for progress payments of Sub-Contractors Do regular quality checks - Quality control Experience in finishing Manage Health and Safety Files Must have vast knowledge of all Building Trades Your 5 Years' experience within the construction industry as well as the following are required; Ability to Lead and Motivate a Team Strategic Planning Relevant Tertiary Qualification would be an added advantage Valid driver's license R40,000 - R55,000 CTC per Month
