Support and Training: Provide both online and onsite support and training, addressing service escalations and enhancing customer use of our software. Process Analysis & Improvement: Analyse radiology workflows, recommending and implementing improvements to boost efficiency and productivity. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with radiology departments, ensuring continuous engagement, communication, and satisfaction. Pre-Sales Activities: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing customers in the radiology field. Knowledge Sharing & Growth: Actively contribute to internal knowledge bases, training materials, and workshops. · Skills: Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with workflow and process fundamentals specific to radiology. Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure. Attributes: Detail-oriented, customer-centric, and dedicated to continuous improvement. Location & Travel Requirements: Base Location: Johannesburg Travel: This role requires regular travel to customer sites nationwide, ensuring you gain diverse experience and exposure.
