Minimum requirements:

Law degree from reputable university
Admitted attorney in South Africa in good standing with the LPC
3 years of relevant experience in a midlevel role
Ability to see matters through to successful completion without undue oversight, but typically working
in a team
Good working knowledge of company law
A strong interest and curiosity in corporate transactions, company legislation and related fields
Good understanding of exchange control
Good understanding of company secretarial work
Attending to advisory work in relation to corporate and commercial matters generally
Writing blog posts
Drafting and review of agreements
