A professional staffing business specialising in Executive, Permanent, IT Contracting and RPO services is seeking a Corporate Sales Executive to join their Durban Sales team. Achieve revenue and/or budgetary targets set by the National Sales Director. Assist with developing and executing the sales strategy of the business. Ensure that all sales are achieved in an ethical manner by adhering to the stipulations of the Company's Code of Conduct and Stakeholder Engagement Policies Drive new business development and sales opportunities in line with the regional and national sales plans. Perform general sales activities such as cold calling, networking and information gathering of prospective clients. Forge strong customer relationships with prospective clients with the aim of building and maintaining a healthy pipeline. Build and maintain high performance sales to effectively achieve business objectives. Identify regional and national opportunities within existing client base and develop appropriate strategies to increase revenue with these clients. Perform a needs analysis for prospective clients and offer appropriate solutions. Draft proposals, prepare costings and create/present sales presentations. Ensure that all Quotations, Order Confirmations, Terms of Business and Service Level Agreements are signed, sent to the relevant parties for processing and filed appropriately. Create brand awareness and gain competitor intelligence in the marketplace. Ensure that the current sales / CRM system is updated as per the specified timelines. Prepare and submit sales reports timeously. Collaborate with other departments or business units to maximise cross selling or upselling. Secure appointments with corporate target clients. Report on market trends. Sourcing of tender opportunities and assisting with bid submissions. Attend regular meetings to provide feedback regarding status of sales pipeline. A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or Sales A minimum of 6 years of sales experience with a proven track record, with specialisation in Technical Sales within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) Industry Good knowledge of South African Labour Legislation, including but not limited to the Labour Relations Act (LRA), the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry, the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Bargaining Councils and Sectoral Determinations Should you not receive a response within 14 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
