We're seeking a dedicated professional with a BCom degree and strong costing experience. CIMA qualification is preferred. Join a dynamic team in the food and hospitality industry and make an impact with your expertise Other duties include: Audit and update recipe costings across all units. Daily reporting on actual vs. theoretical food costs per unit. Ensure accurate cost allocation to cost-centres monthly. Report on food input cost basket per revenue stream and unit. Provide detailed sales analysis per revenue stream and unit. Participate in implementing systems to enhance sales and cost reporting. Monthly reporting on food costs and sales mix with detailed commentary.
