Job Duties & Responsibilities: Bill of Materials Creation of new stock codes Maintenance of syspro stock codes Assisting NPD with new product costings Assist with annual standard cost calculations Stock takes and cycle counts Assist with monthly stock takes/cycle counts Attend the monthly SACD stock count Assisting commercial with stock loss claim calculations Processing of credit notes and invoices in syspro as and when required Month end recon of the Sales warehouses Review and reporting on labelling job closure Daily/Weekly Repairs and maintence reporting Administration of the canteen and sundry shop Daily capturing of certain production data for General and Operations Managers Approval of purchase orders in absence of Financial Manager. Compile monthly sustainability report. Reversal of long outstaning GRN's as and when required Manage the closure of expired Purchase orders Assisting managers with ad hoc projects Assisting with month end reporting Complie and Submit weekly estimates to Head Office Candidate must have: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Financial Management or equivalent Five (5) years' experience preferably within the FMCG or plant environment. Knowledge of Finances and Audit Excellent communication skills Computer literate Excellent problem-solving Analytical and Technical skills Numerical abilities Other attributes would include: Self-motivation Initiative and the ability to work as part of a team.
