We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Counter Sales Person to join a retail team in Ballito. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and excellent customer service skills, with a good understanding of electrical products. Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner. Handle call-in inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products, particularly electrical items, to advise customers effectively. Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately. Ensure the sales counter is always well-presented and organized. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly. Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed. Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Proven experience in a retail sales role, preferably within the electrical industry. Strong understanding of electrical products and their applications. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Well-presented with a professional appearance. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills for processing sales and managing inventory. Up to R15 000 CTC Quarterly Commission
