Conduct Age Analysis and General Ledger variances. Ensure that correct payments are made in a timely manner. Ensure proper handling and coding of invoices to maintain general ledger expense account and inventory records. Contribute to the development of processes and procedures. Grade 12 or equivalent plus NQF Level 6 qualification in accounting. Minimum of 3 years' experience in the position of a creditors clerk. Solid understanding of account payables. Must have good communication and interpersonal relations skills. Must be of sober habits, sound integrity, honesty and be able to work overtime when required.
