About the Role: Seeking a meticulous and self-motivated Creditors Clerk to join our Clients team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in handling domestic and foreign creditors, strong computer literacy, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks effectively. Role & Responsibilities: Matching and batching of GRNs to delivery notes; Processing supplier stock and non-stock invoices; Reconciliation of monthly creditors accounts; Resolving all creditors-related queries; Preparation of monthly payment schedule; Preparation of weekly COD payments; All related filing; Completing supplier credit application forms; Updating supplier records; Assist with BBBEE records maintenance; Administration housekeeping: printers, stationery, deep cleaning, archives. Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric); National Diploma in Finance or related field; Two to five years working experience in Domestic and Foreign Creditors; Strong computer literacy skills.
