Merchant West advisory products extend to investment strategies, private wealth management and treasury solutions. - Manage and administer the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction - Create and maintain user accounts, permissions, and configurations within the CRM system - Provide training and support to users on how to effectively use the CRM system - Develop and implement CRM system enhancements and customizations based on user feedback and business requirements - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues or errors that arise - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and create reports and dashboards within the CRM system - Plan and execute data migration projects to transfer data to and from the CRM system - Stay informed about industry best practices and new CRM technologies to make recommendations for system improvements - Bachelor's degree (Advantageous) - 2 years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. - Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics certification advantageous. - Microsoft Excel Intermediate/Advanced Skills - PowerBi experience advantageous. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Attention to detail and organizational skills.
