The Customer Care Administrator opportunity has arisen within the Marketing Department for a suitable individual to resolve all customer/consumer complaints in an efficient and prompt manner. Customer Care Administrator reports directly to the Marketing Executive Monitor customer services department and report any new incidents to Management. All staff must be properly trained in customer services and conflict Complete filing of all documentation and correctly store to allow for easy access when requested from management or auditors (ISO & Group External Auditors - Vouchers) Complete any additional tasks as requested by management, that fall within the scope and skill of the position. Consult with external consumers, customers. Liaise with Representatives RCC's, RSM's, Laboratories, Factory Manager's & LM Legal Department. Liaise with Marketing Department regarding complaints, competitions and new product launches Prepare report for Senior Management at month end on all complaints Liaise with Couriers to uplift stock and send to different factories/labs for analysis. Divert incoming mails from website to correct employees within the company for their attention. Relieve with travel bookings for the Group when necessary. This includes the booking of Hotels and transport for staff when visiting other depots/offices/factories. Diploma in Customer Services or an acceptable equivalent. Minimum 3 years experience in customer services Must have working knowledge of Mfiles system Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Excel Level 3 Advanced, MS Word and MS Power Point. Excellent customer relations skills Excellent communication skills – verbal and written Listening and problem-solving skills Must be able to work under pressure Well organized Able to speak at least 4 languages – e.g., English, IsiZulu, Afrikaans and Pedi.
