Reference: JHB000233-CLG-2 Our client is looking for an Customer Care Consultant for a 4 month contract (maternity relief post) The ideal candidate will be a proactive, diligent individual. This role includes, but is not limited to: following a workflow process; liaising with and converting leads into firm prospects over the phone, email, WhatsApp and SMS. Follow workflow procedures Liaise with customers telephonically and via email, WhatsApp and SMS Accurately filter acquisitions leads acquisitions to ensure tangible prospects Retain/convert existing and prospective customers Build relationships with customers so that they trust the brand Support to other areas of the department where required REQUIREMENTS 2 Years' prior experience in customer service role that included telephonic communications (Required) Valid Driver's license No criminal record Should you meet the above requirements, please upload your CV onto our website www.hslabour.co.za . {CV'S VIA EMAIL WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED} Candidates will be required to go through a background and vetting process if shortlisted .
