Reference: JHB000233-CLG-2 Our client is looking for an Customer Care Consultant for a 4 month contract (maternity relief post) The ideal candidate will be a proactive, diligent individual. This role includes, but is not limited to: following a workflow process; liaising with and converting leads into firm prospects over the phone, email, WhatsApp and SMS.
