Customer Service administrator required for Manufacturer of Indoor and Outdoor Display Products in Large Format Printing Industry. Includes Branded Banners, Flags, Gazebos, and other Event Products. SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To oversee the functions of receiving and capturing orders, check that the pricing is correct. Liaise with customers regarding branding needs and communicating them with our design team. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in Sublimation Industry will be an advantage Strong Customer Service Skills. Highly Computer Literate. Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Processing of orders via emails Experience in Pastel / Quickbooks required. Must be bilingual in English and Afrikaans. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Making telephonic and email contact. Product knowledge. Establish customer needs. Build customer relations and maintain them. Generate quotes on Quickbooks. Keep in contact with existing and potential clients. Presentable at all times. Liaise with the design team and production manager to ensure that customer requirements are met. Recommend potential products to customers. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Responding promptly to customer inquiries. ORDER PROCESSING: Create a job card based on the sales order. Ensure that all orders are accurately created and submitted to the production department. Request a time frame from the Production Supervisor regarding urgent orders. Provide customers feedback in terms of orders and designs. Education: High School (matric) (Required) Experience: Sales: 3 years (Preferred) Language: Afrikaans and English (Preferred) License/Certification: drivers license (Preferred) R12 000.00 - R15 000.00 per month
