Strong ability to maintain positive and successful working relationships with other internal departments. Responsibilities: Be the first line of engagement for anyone contacting DMX via telephone and email. Deliver first class service and support to resolve various issues related to audio and visual solutions, account administration, suppliers, and general business. Resolve all issues and attend to enquiries within given time frames for each type of issue or enquiry. Remotely troubleshoot audio and visual solutions. Proactively monitor, escalate, and resolve network issues. Chase quote approvals and payments for support jobs. Facilitate the exchange or collection of equipment. Capture and input data correctly into Odoo (CRM system). Keep a record of customer interactions on Odoo (CRM system). Escalate issues to relevant people when required. Qualify issues before escalating them to solutions specialists. Manage audio and visual content for clients where required (e.g. For advertising). Load and schedule content on media players. Conduct courtesy calls to customers. Profile Preferred Behavioral Qualities: Extroverted and sociable Empathetic and able to comprehensively grasp other people's situations.
