Location: Western Cape Job Purpose: To obtain, capture, or process data within laid down policies, procedures, and systems to satisfy clients and bank requirements and achieve departmental objectives and targets. Job Responsibilities: Minimise financial loss by verifying client funds before processing requests. Ensure accuracy and compliance to prevent financial loss and adhere to bank policies. Manually capture bank charges for once-off requests using the Terminal Emulator (NTE). Meet quality standards by adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and turnaround times. Build client trust by resolving queries promptly, communicating SLA deviations, and suggesting resolutions. Educate and guide clients on the requesting process and system to build and maintain relationships. Provide workflow updates by preparing and submitting daily and monthly statistics reports to the team leader. Mitigate fraud risk by verifying client details with banking records and NTE. Adhere to security procedures by verifying authorised signatories on the Signature Verification (SIGVER) system. Confirm client requests by telephone to ensure client awareness and request approval. Capture client details, date, time, sign, and stamp per bank procedures for request approval. Update receiving file by capturing requests on the server in the relevant folder. Report and record serious incidents affecting departmental performance. Follow workflow processes according to the Aris map. Improve service delivery by redirecting security stationery and updating branch details with printers and couriers. Stay updated on relevant legislation and industry changes by reading newsletters, visiting websites, and attending sessions. Demonstrate company vision and values through team and stakeholder interactions. Contribute to team goals and manage personal career development with management guidance. Enhance personal capability by identifying training and career progression opportunities through feedback. Ensure knowledge management and team success by sharing knowledge and participating in a diverse team. Support transformation goals by participating in culture-building initiatives. Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives aligned with business strategy. Identify and recommend process improvements to add value to the company.
