The successful candidate is expected to drive ALL aspects of the retail motor business: Profitablity Sales Aftersales Parts Customer Satisfaction People management Growth strategies Meet OEM and Dealer group KPI's Minimum 5 years' Franchised motor dealership experience in a Managerial/ Dealer Principal role Tertiary qualification preferred Strong business acumen Strong negotiation skills Good verbal and written communication Exceptional customer service and people management skills Able to work under pressure Target and process driven Ability to create a high performance culture and climate in the dealership and to motivate and retain human capital Solid track record and stable work history Have a high level of Emotional Intelligence Analytical and Strategic thinker Computer literate (knowledge of motor industry systems) Be prepared to work and lead by example
