Reference: CTF018754-Liv-1 Join the finance team of a leading FMCG brand as a Debtors Administrator – in Atlantis. Please only apply if you are willing to work in Atlantis every day. Monthly reconciliation of account receivable statements to Evolution Manage the collection of monies due, focusing on resolving queries and claims Match good stock claims with SGX good stock return credit notes Confirm adhoc promotion claims with the relevant sales account manager Complete credit note request forms for processing upon claim approval Upload SGX sales and credit notes CV file daily Allocate remittances correctly to enable timely follow-up on outstanding invoices Ensure correct trading terms are applied and raise alerts if not adhered to Balance monthly statements to Evolution and submit on required dates Adhere to insurer reporting timelines for all insured accounts Maintain papertrail debtor files with statements and remittances monthly for future reference Approve new and adjusted credit limits on accounts efficiently Build strong relationships with customer account administrators Create approved accounts on Evolution Maintain account information on Evolution, including contact info, bank account, tax number, company registration number, and update inactive status Ensure payment terms are adhered to and drive the process to correct if not aligned Approve damage claims via the relevant sales account manager Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years in FMCG or Retail environment as a Debtors Clerk Evolution system exposure is advantageous Qualification: Matric – with an accounting subject Diploma in Accounting / Bookkeeping Contact OLIVIA MELTZER on 021 418 1750 , quoting the Ref: CTF018754.
