A fantastic opportunity is available for a Demand Planning Manager to join Company's Supply Services' team. As an integral member of an experienced and dynamic team, you will: Drive monthly S&OP process through sales planning meetings and brand forecast reviews Ensure proper input and leadership in category team in order to achieve target forecast accuracy and variance Own data, tool and process and drive until it's fully aligned within the company Support business with clear understanding of performance of owned brands /categories, highlight risks & opportunities, fully support commercial business to deliver the targets aligned Lead S&OP alignment within commercial business and supply chain and present to Management Team to get alignment Highlight risks and opportunities on delivering company targets Cooperate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams in order to ensure that teams create, monitor and revise forecasts for all products Ensure inventory levels are at optimum level without risking customer service Manage product supply chains including promotional packs Manage, plan and lead key local suppliers to deliver finished goods in line with plan Understand how customer listing, media and stock in trade affect future forecasts Is this You? High Calibre, with at least 4 years of demand planning, supply chain and /or production planning experience within an FMCG Understanding of whole supply chain, commercial business Excellent communication and presentation skills Exceptional ability to manage workload and identify priority tasks to meet tight deadlines Strong influencing / communication expertise Ability to build good relationships and challenge constructively and confidently Confident and capable of operating at all levels and able to resolve conflict situations Ability to challenge the status quo and propose improvement Ability to apply appropriate problem solving techniques to evaluate and resolve operational issues
