Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the front desk operations of the dental office. Ensuring the efficient operation of a dental practice by managing administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to patients. Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Scheduling appointments and managing the dentist's calendar. Answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries from patients, insurance companies, and other parties. Verifying patients' insurance coverage and processing insurance claims. Collecting payments and handling billing inquiries. Maintaining patient records and updating information, as necessary. Assisting with patient intake and filling out necessary paperwork. Coordinating with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow. Keeping the reception area clean and organized. Providing support to dentists and other staff members as needed.
