Our client is currently looking for a Digital Leads Specialist . JOB SUMMARY STATEMENT: This is a specialist role that has a primary focus on optimizing our digital platforms, both paid and organic to drive digital lead generation and Digital STP (Straight-Through-Processed) sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing platform performance, acting as a liaison between various teams, and implementing creative growth strategies. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES): Monitor and provide feedback to Operations and Digital Marketing team on all our Digital platforms – for optimization. Conduct daily monitoring of platforms performance and breakdowns Serve as a daily liaison between Operations and Centralized functions to meet weekly sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance user experience on digital platforms. Identify daily/weekly trends and insights to optimize spend and performance Brainstorming new ideas and creative growth strategies Drive the implementation of new ideas from conception to delivery. Ensure optimal performance of digital channels and maximize digital opportunities. ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree or equivalent- in digital and/or marketing would be advantageous. 5-7 years' experience in digital marketing Deep knowledge and experience of various social media platforms, best practices, and various platform analytics Google and Facebook/Meta ad campaign experience SEO and PPC campaign and trends experience Knowledge on latest trends and technologies in digital marketing KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Customer First (Service) Executing (Service) Innovation (Service) Leading with Influence (Service) Learning (Service) Relating (Service) Strategic (Service
