An international company in the exhibition and trade show events environment requires a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. The vision for this role is that the incumbent will take over all the social media accounts linked to the events. Create content and social media graphics. Engage with the web developer to update the site. Take PR copy and update it for web using SEO, etc. Build email campaigns, workflows, etc. Work with the Marketing manager to develop the digital strategy on particular events. Run in-house Ads. The digital marketing exec role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development. Key responsibilities: Manage the overall digital marketing campaign, strategy, and implementation across several B2B trade show brands, driving engagement and conversion across different segments. This position will be responsible for the performance of all digital marketing campaigns across PPC, social media (paid and organic), email marketing, and display marketing. Work on B2B events with the marketing team to support advertising and marketing initiatives. Some of the goals include increasing visitor numbers, revenue, and exhibiting companies. Developing and executing integrated digital campaign strategies with measurable goals supported by analytics and reporting, including demand and lead generation campaigns. Providing a creative and proactive approach to all digital marketing platforms to achieve measurable goals for awareness, engagement and conversion. Managing SEM and SEO strategies to improve brand awareness and conversion rates. Planning and executing PPC campaigns, coordinating the budget, optimisation and reporting of all campaigns. Utilizing the full suite of reporting tools, including Google Analytics and HubSpot, ensuring activities are monitored and optimised. Leading with a data-driven approach, understanding industry trends, and platform best practices to engage community members, grow brand loyalty and optimise spend and performance. Developing journey segmentations and developing roadmaps for targeted segments. Demonstrate analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across channels and touchpoints. Developing marketing funnels. Develop social media plans and content, community management on all platforms. Extensive experience with digital marketing campaign management Ability to craft social media content plans Excellent Microsoft Excel skills Experience with WordPress, Canva, Hubspot, Google Suite, Meta Business, and PPC is key. Be able to work in a dynamic, demanding environment with multiple changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Possess great organisational, time management and project management skills. Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management.
