We're on the hunt for a Digital Sales Specialist that will build, manage and optimise the end-to-end online purchasing experience for customers. If you are a dynamic go-getter with a passion for driving revenue through online channels… then you should be on our team helping us shape the future of sales in the digital age You will be responsible for the company's digital presence with the aim of increasing revenue / sales. You must have high competency in crafting effective digital marketing and sales strategies; followed by effective execution. Build a profitable digital commerce business that contributes to achieving the business goals and supports delivery of the business strategy Build, optimise and constantly improve the digital commerce infrastructure for the business; Set, lead, guide and drive the digital sales strategy and journey Help identify/troubleshoot campaign performance issues and coordinate with our fulfilment teams to implement any required next steps; Work closely with General Manager and General Sales Manager on a daily basis to maximize digital revenue and sales integration; Provide high-touch customer service to our top digital advertisers including weekly account review and advanced monthly reporting; Generate revenue and meet/exceed established sales targets; Identifies and solicits new business; builds and maintains a full pipeline of sales prospects; Creates effective marketing campaigns using Zoho, Google ad words and other digital platforms Maintain client communication and ensure client satisfaction; Steers clients based on market, and platform information; Delivers effective sales presentations; Able to multi-task with a high degree of time management and organizational skills; Ensures prompt payments; Services and grows relationships in existing base of clients; Works collaboratively with internal partners to drive revenue Basic knowledge of social media marketing and best practices; Good verbal and written communication skills; Practical experience in a client-facing position; Negotiation and closing proficiency; Strong client service relationship-building skills; Proficiency in managing sophisticated advertising programs and delivery methodologies; Persuasive communication skills: verbal, written and presentation; Stress tolerance especially with tight deadlines and financial pressures; Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and social networking platforms; Professional Appearance; Ability to plan and organize, set priorities and multi task in a fast-paced environment; Willing and able to collaborate cross boundary to get work done and drive business forward; Strong interpersonal skills; Independent; self-motivated; competitive; assertive; Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
