Reporting and monitoring on all findings identified through the quality control processes. Ensuring client satisfaction at all times. To inform on the job coaching and mentoring (Direct Sales Consultants), ensuring that all employees are equipped to fulfill their daily tasks to the best of their ability and ensures support to all other functions in line with company goals and objectives. Administration of new business Liaise with Membership Department Client Documentation & Client Liaison Leads Management New Membership Quality Control FAIS Compliance Qualification Grade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (Mathematics on a symbol E or higher. Maths Literacy on a symbol C or higher) Experience Minimum 3 years experience in Business Administration Minimum 2 years in the Medical Scheme/Insurance industry Apply Now
