We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and meeting weekly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be willing to travel, and have a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. - Generate new business leads through face-to-face and business-to-business sales - Build and maintain relationships with clients - Meet weekly sales targets - Attend morning meetings to discuss targets and strategy - Willingness to travel - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Requirements: - No experience needed - Entry level - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment - South African ID - Matric or any other NQF L4 qualifications Offer: - Uncapped weekly commission structure and Monthly incencentives - Ongoing training and support - Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company - Opportunity to become a FRANCHISE OWNER
