Director - South Africa
We are in search of a qualified individual to fill the position of Director for an exciting venture in the casinos, sports betting, and online gambling sectors, operating within a Licensed and Regulated entity framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for adhering to the stipulations outlined in the Companies Act and the National Gambling Act. Specifically, they will be required to meet the Fit and Proper criteria, possess a track record of success in the gambling industry, demonstrate exemplary leadership and management capabilities, exhibit a deep understanding of regulatory compliance within the gambling domain, and showcase familiarity with the local market dynamics and industry networks in South Africa.
Key Requirements:
- Clean criminal record
- Strong financial standing (personal)
- Tertiary education, preferably in fields such as financial services, law, technology, or banking
- Significant industry experience
