The Divisional Executive's main objective is to ensure that the Divisional Units (uMnotho Fund, Strategic Projects Fund and Regional Offices) achieve delivery against the mandate of the COMPANY, demonstrating effective impact into the economy by using sustainable and viable investment principles set against annual broad based key performance targets and budget. This must be achieved by implementing effective and sound investment processes and policies •Assist Investment professionals in sourcing projects and undertaking scoping and feasibility studies. •Ensure that pre-feasibility studies that are undertaken are comprehensive and findings are used to explore opportunities for the COMPANY •Prioritise projects to achieve an ideal project mix and ensure that projects are at various development levels (e.g. ensure financial close of at least 4 projects per annum). •Ensuring that all project management and funding activities are undertaken •BCom / Honours / Masters / CA(SA) •Have a working knowledge of SA Corporate law including the Companies Act, •Minimum ten years' experience in the private equity, SME funding environment, venture capital and/or development finance arenas
