Description RESPONSIBILITIES Mechanical Engineer position held in a Private SA Firm for minimum 5 years. Commercial and Industrial use greenfield, refurbishment & Construction project HVAC. Professional Mechanical Engineer for a new small to medium multi disciplinary professional proactive in-house to a large property portfolio. All work stage roles and responsibilities associated with a PR Eng from inception to completion & handover. Multi- discipline Revit & project AEC systems development alongside BIM manager. Planning and management of inhouse contract documentation. HVAC system rational, design, coordination & certification. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Valid ECSA Registration PR Mech Eng NQF Level 7-8 Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering position in a private SA firm. SKILLS Multi disciplinary team collaboration & co-ordination Practical Industry knowledge, experience and mentorship abilities. HVAC Contract Administration Strong NBR/SANS application. High competency in Revit and associated MEP plugins
