Job Overview: Hire Resolve's Client are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Engineering Manager Underground - Mining to oversee all engineering activities related to our underground mining operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and providing strategic direction to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our mining sites. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all engineering activities related to underground mining operations - Develop and implement engineering strategies to optimize production and minimize operational costs - Lead a team of engineers and provide guidance and support - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the mine - Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement - Conduct regular site visits to assess engineering needs and address any issues - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and contractors Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering - GCC Mines and Works - Minimum of 5 years of experience in underground mining operations - Proven track record of leadership and project management skills - Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the mining industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment - Familiarity with mining software and technology is a plus Benefits: - R3m - R3,2m CTC - You can also visit the Hire Resolve website or email us your CV: Mininghireresolve.za.com We will contact you telephonically in 3 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
