Our client, medical brokers, situated in Silver Lakes, Pretoria, is looking for an Executive Assistant. This is a HALF DAY position (08:00 – 13:00). Primary Responsibilities Diary Management: Efficiently manage and organize schedules, appointments, and commitments. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and timely correspondence. CRM and Administrative Duties: Update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems with accurate and current information as needed. Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and documentation. Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule follow-up calls, meetings, and appointments to maximize client engagement and satisfaction. Logistics Coordination: Arrange courier services and manage deliveries to ensure timely and secure transportation of goods. Experience Experience as personal assistant or executive assistant. Good administration skills. Proficiency Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Qualification Matric Market related for a Half day position. Apply Now
