External Sales Representative based in Kolwezi DRC - this is a very strong client interaction position in the mining and mining business related sector, while still catching up on admin tasks in the office Growing current sales to the mines. The mining sector in the area is large and quotations come in on a daily basis from the various mines that need to be quoted on; Quoting on all RFQs recieved, Maintain a detailed quote tracking system, not only for the mines but for all customers. Following up on all quotes done. Processing and keeping track of all orders received to be able to advise customer on order status at any given point in time. Being out in the field building and maintaining relationships with both buyers and end users as much as possible. Matric (essential) Tertiary qualification (advantageous) MS Office (essential) Outlook (essential) Basic Steel and sales knowledge / background (advantageous) Strong technical background Must be good with people and be able to work in a team and individually Congolese residency would be an advantage. English and Afrikaans speaking / French would be beneficial.
