People management, leadership and motivation. Stock management with store managers. Essential Requirements: Are you an Area Manager or Cluster Store Manager, within fashion retail? Do you have 2 years (or more) experience as a Fashion Retail Area Manager? Do you have special achievements and accolades in the areas of; improved store turnover, staff motivation, stock loss controls, etc.? Do you have a proven successful employment record? Do you have your own car and a valid drivers license? Are you able and prepared to travel to various stores around the area? Salary Range: - R15,000 to R20,000 basic, Plus: R5,500 Car Allowance and Commission/Incentives.
