The operation is seeking a thorough and committed individual for the position of Feedlot Manager. The incumbent Feedlot Manager will strive to support the team and working alongside our skilled team (Farming Team) supporting and heading various farming projects and making sure the farm complies to relevant legislations Ensure profitablel operatiosn of teh Feedlot to optimise feeding parameters and overall management of employees Manage feedlot and appropritae safety standards and relations with employees,supplies and customers Prepare budget reports and capital expenditures Diploma/Bacherlor Degree in Animal Science (Animal Nutrition) Must have minimum of 5 years experience Ensure the Feedlot is cleaned and well maintained Work closely with the relevan Veterinarian in treating the Herd Source Feed and storage Treat minor cattle injuries Market Related
