This is a 12-month contract. The Person: Degree or Diploma in Accounting. Min. 3 years working experience in the Finance Administration department. Exposure to financial processes and procedures. The Job: Reconcile and process foreign creditor payments Reconcile cash book for foreign bank accounts Process all payroll related payments for foreign entities Perform general ledger recons for local and foreign Process journals local and foreign Attend to assigned administration for local and foreign Reconcile and process local credit and fleet cards Filing and maintaining financial records Liaise with bankers for requesting exchange rates for the payment of foreign invoices. Competencies and Skills: Proficiency in the use of Syspro, AccPac or similar ERP. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, with Advanced skills required in Excel. Sound understanding of basic accounting principles. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to think logically, analytically and to solve problems. Excellent communication skills. Self starter. R15 000.00 - R18 000.00 per month
