Qualifications & Requirements:

4-5 years of experience in finance within the manufacturing industry.
Completed BCom degree and SAIPA articles (or equivalent qualification).
Proven track record in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and financial principles.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial software.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
Monitor cash flow, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making.
Manage and mentor a team of financial professionals to achieve departmental goals.
