Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Analysis of revenue, expenses, profits, and other financial metrics
- Examination of operational achievements and challenges
- Discussion of current market trends and how they impact the company
- Identification and analysis of risks and the companys strategies to mitigate them
- Assisting in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and analysing financial performance
- Reconciling accounts and ensuring timely internal and external reporting
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Accounting or Finance
- SAIPA or SAICA Articles
- Minimum 2 years post article experience
- Working in Property Industry would be advantageous
