We are seeking a dedicated Financial Accountant to join our finance team and contribute to our continued success. Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to manage and oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulations. General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing analysis and recommendations to management. Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and financial performance reviews to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Tax Compliance: Assist with tax filings and compliance, ensuring adherence to tax laws and regulations. Audit Support: Coordinate and support audits, providing documentation and information as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred. Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
