We're accepting applications for the position of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Specialist. The role is responsible for providing support in ensuring accurate reporting, and will include analysing data and generating insights from financial reports to drive better insights into business performance. The role is expected to manage all co-ordination needed with the regions and group to obtain necessary information for analysis, insights and enablement. Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial results in accordance with requirements for actual and planning cycles Providing support during month-end closure, forecast and budget cycles and full scope business partnering with the Operating Companies Reviewing and reporting financial information accurately and timeously Providing insightful management information with focus on month, quarter, half year, and annual results, including Board Pack support, support to Investor Relations and Tax Departments, and the Disclosure Committee Contributing towards the development and improvement of financial policies, procedures and systems of internal controls in line with the Group's internal control processes Reporting, reviewing and analysing performance Supporting EHOD and FP&A team with the month-end close including Early View and Rolling Forecast process for the Group, trend informing insights, review with EHOD providing validation, support and alignment Supporting external reporting and confirming figures to Investor Relations team Assisting with process automation and testing as the team is driving to automate repetitive processes Preparing schedules and templates to support the reporting of financial data for actual and planning cycles to achieve standardisation Maintaining relationships with the Group's major shareholder and with subsidiaries Assisting with ad hoc projects and analysis requests within the division BComm Honours Degree in Accounting CA or CIMA designation At least 3 to 6 years' post articles FP&A experience Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Experience in RPA tools Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
