As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting. You will work closely with senior management to provide insightful recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts, including variance analysis and scenario planning.
Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and benchmarks.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor and interpret financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as accounting, sales, and operations to gather relevant financial information.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Masters degree or CPA/CFA certification a plus).
Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
