Solugrowth is looking for a Financial Business Intelligence Analyst for a professional services client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or accounting, combined with advanced skills in SQL and PowerBI. This role will be critical in providing actionable insights and supporting data-driven decision-making processes within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various financial systems and databases using SQL. Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using PowerBI to visualize key metrics and trends. Perform detailed financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Business Intelligence & Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data models and actionable insights. Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing recommendations for improvement. Support strategic decision-making by providing timely and accurate financial information and insights. Data Management & Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial data across systems. Implement and maintain data governance and best practices for data management. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial analysis, business intelligence, or related role.
