REQUIREMENTS: System experience: MDA/MRI – required B Com Accounting or related Payroll experience required Full accounting experience required DUTIES: Responsibility for full financial function for a specific building Checking all orders Receiving all financial documents Capturing all expenses on MDA/MRI as well as the Bank Preparing all payments and relevant documents Capturing all relevant monthly journals Interacting with the client regarding all financial matters Preparing payroll Checking the clock system against all leave applications Assisting staff members with leave forms Assisting staff members to organise training Submission of all payroll-related matters to Human Resources Signing off on monthly payroll Interacting with all staff on-site as well as management Dealing with audit preparation and audit files R 480000 - R 600000 - Annually
