You will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of financial management, reporting, and compliance within their organization. You will also be responsible for maintaining financial health, implementing financial controls, and providing strategic insights to drive business performance. This role would be based in the ever so vibrant Cape Town. Duties: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to align financial objectives with organizational goals. Monitor and analyse financial performance against budget, forecasts, and operational goals. Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
