Financial Manager - Cape Town City Centre


Job Description:
You, the successful candidate, will be responsible, yet not limited to the following duties:
Analyze financial data and market trends
Analyze information, forecasts sales against expenses and creates annual budget plans
Compile information, analyzes and monitors actual sales against projected sales
Develop means to improve profit, including estimating cost and benefit, exploring new business opportunities
Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making
Understand and meet the needs of key stakeholders (owners, corporate, guests, etc.)
Understand the owners' perspective and ROI expectations
Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality industry
Strong financial management skills
Ability to prioritize, delegate and follow through tasks with a team

Qualification:
Relevant Finance degree
