Role Purpose:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our executive team. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is highly desirable.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
Proven track record of strategic financial planning and analysis.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.

Drive operational efficiencies by streamlining financial processes and systems.
Implement best practices in financial management and reporting.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource allocation and cost management.

Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
