Managing stock levels, analysing stock movements, and implementing strategies to optimize stock control and reduce costs. Developing budgets and forecasts in alignment with business objectives and monitoring performance against financial targets. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies and implementing effective risk management practices. Conducting insightful analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis and financial ratios, to support decision-making.
