This person should have experience in overseeing business from the financial side. The ideal candidate will be an expert communicator who has a strong ability to delegate responsibility and collaborate across a range of departments. Ultimately, the Financial Manager should be driven by a desire to lead our business to maximum efficiency through managing the day-today aspect of the business as well as month-end repo Direct oversight and synergy between operational requirements and sales and marketing strategies Overseeing the debtors, creditors and invoicing functions Developing and implementing growth strategies. - Creating and managing budgets. - Improving revenue. - Evaluating performance and productivity. Analyzing accounting and financial data. Researching and identifying growth opportunities Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company. Oversee the operations and development of the company's finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting. • Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company's finances. Supervise the documentation of the company's financial status and forecasts. Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences. Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company's status and financial forecasts. • Proven success in a managerial role • Strong decision-making ability • Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills • Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans • Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable • Strong working knowledge of operational procedures Preferred skills and qualifications: • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a financial management or related field • Experience working on GAAP or IFRIS would be an advantag R40,000-R55,000 Per Month.
