Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take the helm of all financial management activities for our South African operations. Submit your resume to Katesalixrecruitment.co.za Duties: Prepare and present monthly management accounts with detailed analyses Compile and present financial reports to the group financial tea Provide insights to enhance the company's financial performance Oversee pricing of sales opportunities and operational charge-out/recovery rates Support the project management team with accurate financial reports for each project Manage Creditors, Debtors, and Treasury functions, including cash flow management Ensure full accountability for implementing finance controls within the business. Prepare annual budgets Prepare annual financial statements using CaseWare Take full ownership of the half-year and full-year audit processes Compile VAT and income tax returns, including relevant calculations Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) BCom Accounting CTA CA(SA) Experience: Completed SAICA articles 5 years post articles experience in a similar role Must have financial management experience in the manufacturing industry 2 - 3 years' experience on any reputable accounting package (CaseWare) Skills & Competencies: Assertive nature, robust but not abrasive Logical and analytical thinker Elevated levels of initiative and problem solving – solutions focused Work independently, with a high degree of responsibility Confidentiality – business advisor / professional approach Accuracy and accountability Excellent Administration – flexible and willing to assist If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
