Reference: CPT000941-CL-1 My client, a Global Financial Services company, is currently looking to appoint a Financial Reporting Manager. This position is based in Ebene, Mauritius and only accepting the applications of Mauritian citizens . The main purpose of the role is to deliver accounting services to a very large portfolio of private client structures or entities for a single client. Qualifications required: ACCA Qualified Skills and experience required: Attention to detail. Strong analytical skills. High numeracy skills and accuracy. Strong computer skills - working experience of Excel is essential. 6 years' experience in a similar role. Experience within the financial services industry will be given preference. Job description: Review of Trial balances Drafting financial statements and supporting working paper package to ensure quality of final output from the team to the client. Review work on high level to ensure accuracy of the financial statements. Developing a full understanding of the client specific requirements for bookkeeping and financial statement preparation. Management of a high volume of work within strict deadlines, functioning as part of the wider client delivery team. Identifying areas where team may require further support / training and assisting with the delivery of this training. Meeting client specified targets on quality of financial statement output. Ensure full awareness of, and compliance with, all operational guidelines / polices / procedures / controls. Write and develop operational guidelines / policies / procedures / controls, when necessary. Adhere to groups core values and expected quality. Adhoc duties as deemed necessary by Management.
