JDE E1 Implementation: Lead and manage the implementation of JDE E1 in the finance department, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Systems Analysis: Analyse existing financial systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimisation through JDE.
Requirement gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for JDE E1 implementation.
Configuration and Customisation: Configure and customise JDE modules to meet the specific needs of the finance department.
Testing and validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the system meets all functional and technical requirements.
Training and support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the new ERP system.
Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes and user manuals.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest system features and best practices to recommend and implement continuous improvements.
Provide support to Financial Managers within the division.
Support ad-hoc projects as required; and
Perform ad hoc duties as and when required.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
B Com in Accountancy or equivalent.
Minimum 5 (five) years of experience in systems analysis and implementation, particularly in the finance environment.
JDE, SAP and Hyperion System experience is advantageous.
