National packaging company in Paarl, Western Cape requires Machine Builders. Person must have have Matric / Grade 12 Certificate, trade tested as Fitter or Fitter and Turner and at least 7years' previous machine building experience in FMCG / food manufacturing environment. Person will be responsible for machine building process from start to finish - equipment selection, testing, installation and commissioning of the high speed manufacturing / packaging machinery and equipment. Person must have valid driver's license – Code B and be able to communicate in Afrikaans (understand, speak, read and write). Previous experience at Acepak / Filtec / Schulpak / any other FMCG company would be advantageous. Person will be responsible for the building and assembling of high speed packaging machinery and equipment according to engineering drawings and specifications, installation, testing and commissioning of the machinery, fault finding and maintenance as well as quality inspections. Person must have have Matric / Grade 12 Certificate, trade tested as Fitter or Fitter and Turner and at least 7years' previous machine building experience in FMCG / food manufacturing environment. Person must have valid driver's license – Code B and be able to communicate in Afrikaans (understand, speak, read and write). Salary / TCTC negotiable - depending on qualifications and experience
