Our client is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Fleet Sales Manager. The position reports to the Assistant General Manager – Fleet. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive new business and achieve sales targets within the assigned regional area. Identify and cultivate relationships with dealerships and other potential business partners to promote The Company products and dealerships. Collaborate with the AFM's a Sales Manager to analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth. Conduct regular sales presentations and trainings to educate dealerships and other partners on The Company offerings and credit principles. Provide ongoing support and assistance to dealerships in structuring financing deals and navigating the credit approval process. Monitor and track sales performance metrics, including volume, profitability, and market share, and provide regular reports and updates to management. Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices related to automotive financing and lending. Work with the Marketing Department to deliver corporate sales programmes that promote vehicle sales and achieve retail sales finance objectives. Maximises opportunities with the Corporate Sales areas within dealers to generate additional income. Provides creative financial solutions to meet dealer & corporate customer needs and structure finance campaigns in terms of solutions required by The Company Dealers. Delivers on a market share target to increase The Company brand and loyalty from The Company Network, as well as corporate, wholesale and fleet customers. Adheres to The Company Way values and service standards regarding customer / dealer interaction. Resolves customer/ dealer dissatisfaction / complaints and takes ownership in resolving problems. Ensures customer / dealer excellence through interaction with internal and external customers throughout all business activities. Prepare proposals for new business derived from new and existing customer base. Minimum Qualification Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Experience Required 5-8 years Asset Based Finance or Fleet Sales environment. Candidate must have 5 years team management experience. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned regional areas.
